Overview
We are looking for a motivated Working Student IT Administration to join our IT Administration team. This is a great opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in corporate IT alongside your studies, in a hybrid role that offers flexibility and real responsibility from day one.
Your Role
- Supports the IT Administration team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of internal
IT systems, hardware and workplace technology - Assists with employee IT support by helping with hardware setup, software installation, user
account management and basic troubleshooting - Supports onboarding and offboarding activities by preparing devices, managing access
requests and maintaining IT equipment - Helps maintain IT inventory, hardware documentation, software licenses and internal records
- Assists with basic system administration tasks, device management, and office IT
infrastructure under the guidance of the IT Administration Team Lead - Contributes to improving IT documentation, knowledge base articles and internal processes
- Works closely with colleagues across the company to provide friendly and reliable IT support
while gaining practical experience in corporate IT administration
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information technology, Business Informatics or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networks and common workplace software
- Interest in IT support, systems administration and learning about enterprise IT environments
- Hands-on, reliable and eager to solve technical problems and support colleagues
- Structured way of working with good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
